About Dr. Carter
Dr. Carter is a board-certified vascular surgeon who has cared for Kansas City patients for over a decade. He completed his vascular surgery fellowship at the University of Kentucky after his general surgery training at UMKC, and has served as Chief of Vascular Surgery at Truman Medical Center and Chair of Surgery at Centerpoint Medical Center.
